Fresh Michigan Cider, Pressed From Our Own Apples
You can taste the difference a mile makes: zero.
Our cider never rides a truck. The apples grow in the orchard out back, get pressed in the barn, and go into your gallon the same place they grew. That’s what a real cider mill is, and this family has been running one on Commerce Road since 1876.
Cider slushes run all season for the drink-it-now crowd. Pricing is posted at the counter.
Made all day, every day we're open
Hot Apple Cider Donuts, Straight Off the Line
Follow your nose. It knows the way.
The bakery side of the barn runs all day: homemade cider donuts come out hot throughout, and a dozen rarely survives the drive home. Grab them with a cold cider slush in September or a hot cider in November, they work both ways.
Making a morning of it? The Fun Farm and corn maze are right here on weekends, and donuts taste better after you’ve earned them. Pricing is posted at the counter.

No. The Cider Mill barn is open daily in season with no admission at all. Tickets are only for the weekend Fun Farm area.
How late in the year does the cider mill stay open?
We open the first week of September and run daily through Thanksgiving Eve, cider, donuts, honey, jams, slushes, and picked apples the whole way.
Do you sell fresh pies?
Not at this time. We pour everything into the donuts, breads, jams, apple butter, and other homemade treats instead.
Can I freeze apple cider?
Yes. Pour out about a cup first to leave room for expansion, freeze, then thaw in the fridge and give it a good shake before serving. If you thaw at room temperature, refrigerate it again promptly.
